This has made my day! <3

I know I haven’t said anything about this so far, but I’m really excited about the California court decision tonight.  And I’m even more excited that it might go to the Supreme Court in a hot minute and force the federal government to say once and for all whether this is a country in which it is legal to discriminate against people based on their sexuality.  (Loving v. Virginia, anyone?)
I also really like that the HRC (with whom I have a complicated relationship) is running a campaign asking people to thank the plantiff couples who took the case to court.  I’m currently drafting my letter, but you should all think about writing, too.  You know, if you’re into that sort of thing.
